Despite a lot of speculation, the Duchess of Sussex was never officially asked to return to Suits out for respect for her Royal lifestyle, which she has since moved on from
Since her very famous stint on US drama series Suits, Meghan Markle has been in high demand as a public figure in addition to her successful acting CV.
Despite a lot of speculation, the Duchess of Sussex was never officially asked to return to Suits out for respect for her Royal lifestyle, which she has since moved on from.
And money didn't seem to be the motivator for Meghan, as even after she was offered a whopping $1million per second for her return to Suits as Rachel Zane, she still didn't respond to the gig.
German cosmetics company Biotulin has offered a hefty $5million fee for a five-second appearance by Meghan if she returns to Suits to take up her role as Rachel Zane.
Biotulin is an organic Botox that claims to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles within just one hour.
And according to the beauty giant, Meghan is an avid user of their products.
Addressing NBCUniversal - a company that aired Suits - Biotulin tweeted that they would pay a huge fee for product placement on the show.
They tweeted: “Att. Steve Burke: We are again offering you 5 million $ for a 5 sec. appearance of Meghan Markle with our biological Botox gell BIOTULIN in your TV series 'Suits'.
“Pls. check our offer with her agent. #biotulin @NBCUnivrsal #Stephenbburker @nbc @nbcnews.”
It's the first time Meghan was publicly asked to revive her role of Rachel Zane in the hit US series.
Suits creator Aaron Korsh made the decision to refrain from asking her to return to the show for the final episode to "respect her new life".
And the lucrative offer comes from the beauty brand comes after Meghan was said to have been snubbed by Disney for being a "controversial figure," following reports her agent was finding her a Hollywood role with the film company.
The Duchess of Sussex, 38, is believed to be trying to get herself back into acting as she and husband Prince Harry start their new life and step down from royal duties.
Responding to speculation, an unnamed film executive has revealed there are "limited plans" for Meghan to secure a big role - after she allegedly told her agent to find her a superhero role with Marvel.
The film boss told Mail on Sunday : "Meghan needs Disney more than Disney needs Meghan. She's a controversial figure.
